Portes Obertes Antany 2021 (750ml) Collab Vini Sassara is a projectFresh Cloudy Zesty Located in the middle of the arid almond and olive fields of Terra Alta, the Portes Obertes vineyard is cultivated by hand, using the highest quality organic grapes with no added sulphites. Winemaker Josep Serres Miranda's aspiration is to make a 100% manual wine, using only a donkey to help. The only electric machinery in the cellar is Josep's radio, from which he plays classical music to his wines during the winter resting period.
